What Behind The Om Is

Behind The Om is an independent, community-driven review platform for yoga studios. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CorePower Yoga or any yoga studio. All reviews and opinions expressed on this Site are those of individual users and do not represent the views of Behind The Om.

User-Submitted Reviews

By submitting a review on the Site, you agree to the following:

• Your review reflects your genuine, personal experience.
• Your review does not contain false, misleading, or fabricated information.
• You grant Behind The Om a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, modify, or remove your review on the Site.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your review.

Review Guidelines

We want Behind The Om to be a helpful, respectful space for the yoga community. Reviews must not contain:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or personal attacks directed at any individual
• Discriminatory language based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Profanity, vulgar language, or sexually explicit content
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content
• Personal information about others (phone numbers, addresses, full names of non-public individuals)
• Content that is defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false
• Content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights

Content Moderation & Removal

Behind The Om reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Review, approve, hide, edit, or permanently delete any user-submitted review at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Remove reviews that violate these Terms & Conditions or our Review Guidelines.
• Remove reviews that we believe to be fake, misleading, or not based on a genuine experience.
• Suspend or restrict access to the review submission feature for users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.

We are under no obligation to monitor all reviews, but we reserve the right to do so. Removal of a review does not imply any admission or agreement regarding its content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted reviews. You use information from reviews at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
